Description:

This project developed a comprehensive brand identity system for the Alpine Aviary, an international museum in Innsbruck, Austria, dedicated to mountain bird species and high-altitude ecosystems.

The branding captures both the natural beauty of the alpine environment and the museum’s mission of conservation, research, and education.

The logo draws inspiration from geometric forms, such as mountains, found in alpine landscapes and the Barn Swallow, Austria’s national bird. The visual system extends this concept through a refined color palette, modern yet playful typography, and supporting graphic elements that evoke a serene, elevated, and nature-focused atmosphere.

The museum’s curved architecture and glass facades, designed with Google Imagen, flood interiors with natural light and offer panoramic alpine views, immersing visitors in nature even indoors.

A complete presentation deck defines how the brand elements are applied, including primary logo usage, color, and type specifications, and examples of the visual identity in real-world applications. The system presents a cohesive, adaptable, and mission-driven brand identity designed to strengthen the museum’s connection with visitors and the community.
